Admission Requirements

Applicants need to provide the following:

• Verification of work and or ministry experience
• A testimony of your conversion
• Have completed 24 credit hours toward a degree program from an accredited college or university with a cumulative GPA of no less than 2.0 on a 4.0 scale
• The Adult Degree Completion students will be required to do 35 hours of the core courses in the degree completion in lock step (depending on the number of hours you transfer in and the course subject area there may be additional hours required to meet the requirements of the state approved program.  These course requirements can be met through online courses, credit by examination (CLEP or DANTES) and traditional classes  
• Official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended must be submitted to World Harvest College,  Office of Admissions,  P.O. Box 800,  Columbus, OH 43216-0800  
• A pastor’s recommendations relating to your academic ability, Christian character, and professional attributes. 
• Your personal testimony reflecting your writing ability 
• Sign a "Covenant Code of Honor" regarding a Christian lifestyle 
• Significant work and church ministry experience (preferably in the local church). (This experience must be documented by a senior pastor, church board or employer.) 
• Complete a financial aid application.

If you do not have the required 24 hours, you may:

• Complete the courses needed through WHBC
• Earn credit through CLEP or DANTES exams (information is available in the Office of Continuing Education)
• Earn life experience credit (information is available in the Office of Continuing Education)
